Thank you to everyone who attended our Behaviour Policy information session and to those who took the time to submit thoughtful questions and feedback. We were delighted to see so many parents engaging with the school's vision and commitment to creating a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment for every child.

We recognise that introducing changes to a behaviour policy naturally generates questions, and we value the opportunity to explain the thinking behind our approach. The questions raised have helped us identify the areas where further clarification may be helpful.

We have therefore compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions, based on the themes that emerged from the session and the online feedback form. We hope these provide reassurance and a greater understanding of how the policy will work in practice.

As with all school policies, we will continue to monitor the impact of our approach through behaviour data, pupil voice, staff feedback and parental feedback to ensure it continues to meet the needs of our school community.
